The other day I was a rather delicious burger place in London, called Byron. To my surprise, they didn’t sell regular potato fries as you’d expect, they sold fries made from courgettes (or zucchinis as our friends in the US say).
At first, I was mightily disappointed. I mean, who ever heard of a burger without fries?! But my disappointment quickly turned to excitement when I had a taste of what was on offer! Those courgette fries where delicious, and they’d managed to get them nice and crispy too!
