Ben and Jerry’s ice cream is really good, and one of the main reasons people love it are the generous chunks that they use. When they set out to make a new ice cream flavour, they insist that every spoonful of ice cream should contain a chunk!
Cookie dough ice cream is one of my favourites, and it’s super-easy to make at home. The most important thing to remember, is add your chunks at the end of the process, when your ice cream is almost ready. If you add them too soon, they will simply sink to the bottom of the mixture and they won’t get even distributed throughout your ice cream.
