I’ve got a love hate relationship with cookie dough (ok, it’s almost all love). I like it so much, that whenever I bake cookies I eat so much of the batter that I’m too full to eat the baked cookies when they’re done. I know, raw eggs – I’m not recommending anyone else do it (if you want to eat raw cookie dough there are some fantastic eggless recipes out there).
